Yes the website looks all good from different aspects. Also the niche is a good one too. I hope you are doing good business with that website.

Yes in every country the intelligence office keeps a track of the domains that are being registered. If they found anything harmful, they have the authority to take that down.

Yes I get email claiming some of the domains I have is already copyrighted in some other country. And they warn me of legal consequence if I don't push the domain to their account for free. But after researching some of the forums, I got to know that most of these claims were scam.

Expired Domains / How often do you register expired domains
« on: July 28, 2015, 12:37:32 AM »
I am really fond of expired domains and always look for new expired domains with good attributes. On average I register 2-3 expired domains per month. Some time more, some time less. What about you?

Expired Domains / Re: Expired Domains for SEO

Although PR are dead. people still look for that metric while registering expired domains. Also DA, PA, TF are some of important factors beside domain age and presence of keyword in the domain.

Parking and Monetization / Re: How do you value traffic domains?
« on: July 28, 2015, 12:27:52 AM »
Yes type in traffic is most valuable. And the value of domain should be based on that issue. You must not pay a high price for domains which have high referral traffic though.

The domain register at whois lookup should match with the seller information who is selling the domain to you. If it does not match up, you should not proceed with the sale to be on the safer side.

I usually do domain flipping all by myself as I have some good experience at it. But if you need domain brokerage, you can check Sedo as they have domain brokerage service you are talking about.

Domain Discussion / Re: Changing Domain Prices in the Marketplaces
« on: July 28, 2015, 12:20:53 AM »
I haven't really changed the BIN price after the listing is live. However as you mentioned if there is no offer on the listing, I will also think to lower the BIN. I think its quite normal.

As far as I know you can see all the whois information from any whois lookup service itself. However if the domain owner restricted the access, you can't do anything about that.
